1. If you don’t receive the product then you will receive a full refund or choose to send you a new product.

2. If the product not as described you will receive a full refund or partial refund.

3. If you received wrong item then you could choose a refund or contact us to ship a new one.

4. If you received a defected/damaged product then you could choose a refund or ship you a new one. Please make sure that you open the package and check the product is in good condition before you accept the package, if the defected/damaged product reported after the package gets accepted or delivered then it can not be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If you don’t like the product after you receive then you can return to us. The product needs to be clean, unpacked, new condition and the return cost of shipping needs to be responsible from your side.

2. If there were any extra gifts or free promotional items that came with the order, those must also be returned.

3. To exchange the item you can return the current product, the returning shipping cost needs to be responsible by the buyer. In the meantime, please buy a new/correct one from openchinacart.com.

Listed below are some typical products (but not limited to) that are not accepted for a refund, return &exchange. If you can't find your product listed below, or are not sure if your product falls under this policy, then please contact us.

Customized Products - e.g. personalized products, design services, etc.

Fresh Products - e.g. green plants, flowers, seafood, meat, fresh fruit, etc.

Virtual Products - e.g. software, digital videos, etc.

Books - e.g. magazines, books, newspapers, etc.

Private Products - e.g. tooth brushes, underwear, etc.

Activated Electronics - e.g. mobile phones, laptops, office supplies, etc. (once activated)

Special Products - e.g. 2nd hand product, products specially marked as "can't be returned & refunded".

Warranty

99% of our products are covered with warranty and different product is under a different warranty policy, in regards to the product warranty please contact us to get detailed information.

However, please be noticed that most of our products are covered warranty only in China Mainland region, in this case, if you need to declare the warranty then you will need to ship the product back to us and we can help you to get it fixed. Your side needs to take care of the shipping cost to return the product.
