本标准规定了建筑用轻钢龙骨的术语和定义、分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。



目录

前言
本标准与日本JISA6517:2002《建筑用轻钢龙骨》标准、国ASTM C635-2000《吸音天花金属悬吊系统的制造、性能和测试》标准的一致性程度为非等效。本标准自实施之日起,代替G/T11981-2001《建筑用轻钢龙骨》。
本标准与G/T1198-2001相比主要变化如下:
---引用文件的规则修改为:区分注日期和不注日期的引用文件,并修改、增加了规范性引用文件(2001年版的第2章;本版的第2章);
---取消了冷轧钢板(带)作原料(2001年版的3.1.1;本版的3.1);
---增加了L 型直卡式承载龙骨、L 型收边龙骨和CH 型墙体竖龙骨(本版的3.3.13、3.3.14、4.1.1.10和表1);
---增加了不等边龙骨及标记示例(本版的表1和4.2.2);
---对龙骨的种类进行重新划分并调整了部分龙骨的规格尺寸(2001年版的表3;本版的表1);
---取消了产品分等并对技术要求进行了部分修改(2001年版的第5章;本版的第5章);
---增加了涂层钢板(带)外观质量的要求(本版的5.1);
---增加了涂层钢板(带)表面防锈的要求及相应的试验方法(本版的5.3.2、6.3.6.3和6.3.6.4);
---修改了双面镀锌量的测试方法(2001年版的6.3.6.1;本版的6.3.6.1);
---增加了龙骨力学性能测试中荷载值及垫板的重量要求(本版的6.3.7);
---增加了墙体龙骨力学性能测试中对用自攻螺钉进行组装时的要求并明确应采用普通纸面石膏板(2001年版的6.3.7.1;本版的6.3.7.1);
---调整了D60龙骨的承载力(本版的6.3.7.4);
---将T 型主龙骨的承载能力分为轻型和中型两种,并增加了中型承载能力T 型主龙骨的承载力要求(本版的表1和6.3.7.6);
---对型式检验的要求进行了部分修改(2001年版的7.1.2;本版的7.1.2);
---修改了抽样方法(2001年版的7.2;本版的7.2);
---增加了单项检验结果的判定方法(本版的7.3.1);
---修改了判定规则(2001年版的7.3;本版的7.3);
---增加了规范性附录耐盐雾试验方法(本版的附录A)。
本标准的附录A 为规范性附录。
本标准由中国建筑材料联合会提出。
本标准由全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC195)归口。
本标准负责起草单位:中国建筑装饰装修材料协会、中国新型建筑材料工业杭州设计研究院。

Tips for reducing the shipping cost

1)Get rid of the original packing, for example, if you buy a pair of shoes, you could get rid of the shoebox which will save a lot for volumetric weight.

Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000 (some carriers use a divisor of 6000/7000 and etc).
