8.For bridge works， relevant requirements on foundation construction， girder-erecting by swing method and jacking method as well as construction during rainy and cold seasons are added.
9.For tunnel works， contents of the management of explosives， supporting， lining， waterproofing and drainage are added， and requirements on applying dynamic informatization management for people in tunnels categorized high risk and above are specifiecL
10.Provisions of the storage， loading and unloading， and delivery of rail materials， as well as hoisting， delivery and storage of long welded rail are added.
11.Requirements on measurement equipment and facilities of batching plants are added.
A11 relevant organizations are kindly requested to sum up experience and collect data in *bination with the construction practice.Any modifications and supplementations， whenever necessary， may be posted to China Railway First Group Co.， Ltd.（No.1 North Section of Yanta Road， Xi'an， Shaanxi Province， China， ） ， and copied to China Railway Economic and Planning Research Institute （No.29B， Beifengwo Road， Haidian District， Beijing， ） for reference in the future revisions.
