产品 MOLYKOTE D-321 R ANTI-FRICTION COATING 是一种应用在低到中高速、高载工况下的金属/金属结合面上的空气固化型减摩涂层

类型 重载用室温固化快干型减摩涂层

应用：
1.用在低速、有振动或是间歇运行的极压滑动导轨上的终身润滑剂；
2.提高了磨合性能，可应用在高真空及极温工况下；
3.在缸头螺栓、烤箱导轨、车镜调节装置、高压开关上应用相当成熟，也可用在极压齿轮的跑合；
4.可用于风力设备的转子及不含油槽的冷成型钢的应急润滑；

典型应用  汽缸盖螺柱，烘箱导轨，汽车镜，重裁齿轮的磨合、装配用减磨涂层

性能: 1.室温固化快干型、使用方便； 2.的粘附性、亦可用于光滑表面； 3.摩擦系数低； 4.防止产生粘－滑现象； 5.工作温度范围宽（-180℃到450℃，真空下可用到630℃）

颜色：灰黑色                             

组份：固体润滑剂、粘结剂、溶剂

工作温度：-180℃到450℃

承裁能力：耐磨

使用方法：喷涂在消洁干燥表面上，对部件表面磷化或喷砂预处理可延长使用时间。

Tips for reducing the shipping cost
