一：店主是日本永驻居民身份，注重信誉和诚信，本店所有商品都是日本专柜或官网，其它日本百货出售的商品，亲也可以提供品牌、款式、型号以及尺码咨询采购。
二：除了现货商品（标题注明：新现货or奥莱）所有都是拍付后采购，采购周期一般是2到6天，具体商品请拍付前联系客服咨询。
三：下单后价格=本体价格×1.10（日本消费税）×当天汇率+EMS航空件日本直邮费+少量代购费。EMS直邮进关的商品会有5%左右的海关抽查率，关税客户自理。
四：本店所有商品均为店主亲自在日本专柜购买，订单不提供采购视频，要看小票照片请务必提前说明，若页面没有尺寸信息需要测量尺寸也务必下单时提前说明。非现货商品采购可能会发生缺货，若您拍下多个，需考虑到多件订单有可能会出现只有1件有货的情况，如需要成套（或缺一不买）购买的，请务必下单时提前告知，否则买手将会按订单直接购买有货的，缺货的将做退款处理，已买好或者已在调货中的商品不接受退换。
五：本店默认发送拼邮包清关发货，货物一旦进入采购阶段（包括已经让店里调货的订单），除非无法购买到，否则将不再接受修改颜色尺码和退换货，故请下单前考虑好颜色和尺码。若选择EMS直邮，需提供真实姓名和准确地址。如因订单订单中留的收货人姓名与收货人身份证姓名不符，或地址信息有误而产生退运和二次发货的费用以及造成可能无法收到货的结果由买家承担，故在提交订单时务必填写正确的收货人姓名和收货信息。
六：由于代购服务性质，本店售出物品非质量问题不提供退换服务。购买前请确认好所要的尺码，颜色（网络购物色差无法避免，以官网和实物为准）。
七：由于跨国邮寄成本过高，所有商品在使用过程中产生的问题我们无法承担保修义务。

Tips for reducing the shipping cost
1)Get rid of the original packing, for example, if you buy a pair of shoes, you could get rid of the shoebox which will save a lot for volumetric weight.
2)The shipping cost is normally charged by every 0.5KG. So if you buy a product that is only 0.1KG then you might consider buying 2-3 PCS per time which will not add more shipping cost for your order.
Volumetric Weight
Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000 (some carriers use a divisor of 6000/7000 and etc).
