拉环，男，藏族，青海贵德人，1963出生，农业技术推广研究员，享受国务院政府津贴专家。长期从事动物检疫和畜牧生产等领域研究，主持完成《牦牛良种繁育及高效生产关键技术集成与应用》《青海有机畜产品屠宰加工追溯技术优化与研究示范》等多项科研项目，获省部级一等奖4项，三等奖2项，获科研成果12项，专利4项，发表论文30余篇，现任青海省畜牧总站站长。 |

Tips for reducing the shipping cost
