李兰英1966年生于河北保定。现任厦门大学法学院副院长，博士生导师，厦门大学经济犯罪研究中心主任。武汉大学刑法学博士，中国政法大学刑事诉讼法博士后，牛津大学犯罪学研究中心访问学者。发表学术论文六十余篇，著作三部，译著一部。承担司法部、***、国家社科**等课题十余项。2007年入选“福建省优秀人才支持计划”；2010年评为“福建省优秀青年法学人才”；2010年入选***“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”；2014年荣获厦门市劳动模范称号。 |
