不粘特性：
   1、不粘性：几乎所有物质都不与聚四氟乙烯涂膜粘合。很薄的膜也显示出很好的不粘附性能。
   
 
   2、 耐热性：聚四氟乙烯涂膜具有优良的耐热和耐低温特性。短时间 可耐高温到300 ℃，一般在240℃ ~260℃之间可连续使用，具有显著的热稳定性，它可以在冷冻温度下工作而不脆化，在高温下不融化。
 
   3、滑动性：聚四氟乙烯涂膜有较低的摩擦系数。负载滑动时摩擦系数产生变化，但数值仅在 0.05-0.15 之间。
 
   4、抗湿性：聚四氟乙烯涂膜表面不沾水和油质，生产操作时也不易沾溶液，如粘有少量污垢，简单擦拭即可清除。停机时间短，节省工时并能提高工作效率。
 
   5、耐磨损性：在高负载下，具有优良的耐磨性能。在一定的负载下，具备耐磨损和不粘附的双重优点。
 
   6、耐腐蚀性：聚四氟乙烯几乎不受药品侵蚀，能够承受除了熔融的碱金属，氟化介质以及高于 300℃氢氧化钠之外的所有强酸（包括王水）、强氧化剂、还原剂和各种有机溶剂的作用，可以保护零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。
 
不沾产品使用说明：
 
l 新购买的不沾器具在使用前，需先将内部洗净用温火烘干或用软布擦拭干净，即可使用。
 
l 每一次烘烤完成后，请用软抹布或软质塑料刮板，清除残留在器具中的残余物。
 
l 器具使用一段时间，好用温水加入少量中性洗洁精将残留去用软抹布彻底清洗一次。
 
l 一般不沾产品适用于烘焙面包类产品。
 
l 不沾产品适用于烘焙。
 
 
不沾产品使用注意事项：
 
l 请勿使用尖锐金属品、百洁布及化学清洁剂擦拭。
 
l 尽量避免因操作不慎而引起的碰撞、摩擦，造成不沾涂层磨损或刮伤。
 
l 储存堆积时要小心轻放，使器具保持干燥，不可储存堆积在潮湿的地方。
 
l  使用时要上下取放，避免造成不沾涂层磨损或刮伤。
 
l 不沾涂层在长时间高低温差悬殊情况下作业，会产生微小裂缝而造成残余物质侵蚀不沾涂层，而致使不沾涂层终失去不粘性。为避免这种情况发生，我们建议：
 
1.不沾器具的烘焙 正常使用 温度低于260°C， 短时间使用高温度300 ℃， 更能延长使用寿命；
 
2.不沾器具不可以空烧；
 
3.不沾器具勿长时间使用高温蒸气蒸煮及清洁，易造成不沾层损坏。
 
 
产品保养须知：
 
  定期检查产品表面的磨损状况，及时发现造成异常磨损的原因并作相应调整，以避免对不沾涂层或阳极表面造成严重伤害，从而延长产品的使用寿命。
 

 

  注：新购买的烤盘在初使用的30～90天内，可能会有轻微的变形现象，这是金属热胀冷缩的正常现象，不属于产品质量问题，使用一段时间后即可恢复正常

Tips for reducing the shipping cost

1)Get rid of the original packing, for example, if you buy a pair of shoes, you could get rid of the shoebox which will save a lot for volumetric weight.

2)The shipping cost is normally charged by every 0.5KG. So if you buy a product that is only 0.1KG then you might consider buying 2-3 PCS per time which will not add more shipping cost for your order.
