明代是中国历史上一个极为特殊的朝代：一方面，君主集权达到顶端，另一方面，多位皇帝荒于朝政，部分时期宦官专权、厂卫横行。但是，明朝的国家政权依然总体有序运行，其中一个重要原因就是明政府创制并实施了多种制度、政策、措施，即明政府在政策工具上多有创新。《明代管理思想：基于政策工具视角的研究（第二版）》从政府政策工具的三个层面研究明代政府管理思想的内涵与特质、优点与不足，并厘清其发展路径：明政府政策工具的一个层面是以管制为主的治理。其治理思想主要体现在政府命令与禁戒思想和财政赋役治理思想两方面：第二个层面是以协调为主的治理，其治哩思想主要体现在政府劝勉与调解思想：第三个层面是以服务为主的治理，其治理思想主要体现在政府救助思想和兴办公共事业思想两方面。明代管理思想可以为当代建设中国特色的社会主义政府管理理论和实践提供应有的历史借鉴和启示。

龚贤，云南曲靖人。现为江西财经大学人文学院副教授。博士后。硕士生导师。中文系主任。主要从事中国文学思想史、管理思想史研究。出版专著3部。编著3部。在《光明日报》、《武汉大学学报》等刊物上发表专业论文50余篇。主持和参与各类课题10余项。

Tips for reducing the shipping cost
