许渊冲

1921年4月生于江西南昌。北京大学教授，著名翻译家，是中国古典诗词翻译成英法韵文专家。在国内外出版中、英、法文著译一百余部，包括《诗经》、《楚辞》、《李白诗选》、《西厢记》、《红与黑》、《包法利夫人》、《追忆似水年华》等中外名著。他在翻译理论上在继承前人学说的基础上，集毕生翻译之经验加以发展，提出了一套完整的“中国学派的文学翻译理论“。1999年他被提名为诺贝尔文学奖候选人，2010年获得“中国翻译文化终身成就奖“，2014年问鼎国际翻译奖项--国际翻译家联盟“北极光“杰出文学翻译奖，并且是首位获此殊荣的亚洲翻译家。
