全胚和半胚的区别在于胚芽含量，在小麦被磨成面粉的过程中，有一半的胚芽会脱落在麸皮里，需要二次研磨才能保留大部分胚芽，全胚芽的需要磨两次，胚芽含量更多些，如果家里有老人或者小孩的可以选全胚芽，全胚芽的营养更好些，要实惠些的就选半胚芽！
70粉(精制粉）是100斤小麦出70斤面粉，80粉（普通粉）是100斤小麦出80斤面粉，全麦粉是整粒小麦研磨的面粉（含麸皮），筋度70大于80大于全麦，70粉可以做饺子，包子，面条，馒头等日常所有面食。80粉可以做包子，面条，馒头，包饺子效果不好。全麦粉只能蒸馒头，烙饼，包包子，做其他面食需要加白面！根据用途选择哦
Tips for reducing the shipping cost
1)Get rid of the original packing, for example, if you buy a pair of shoes, you could get rid of the shoebox which will save a lot for volumetric weight.
