岳海翔，中国写作学会公文写作专业委员会副会长兼秘书长。19**年生于河北迁安，1986年毕业于唐山师范学院中文系后一直从事公文写作教学工作，****年开始从事公文写作理论研究并发表作品。十余年来，在杂志上公开发表公文学术论文400余篇，主编、参编公文写作方面书籍近20部，主要有：《中国党政公文解疑指南》、《公务文书写作技法》、《公文写作格式与技巧》《公文写作技法与赏析》等，作品多次获奖。因教学和科研成绩突出，1999年被公安部授予“全国公安系统很好教师”称号。 |
Tips for reducing the shipping cost
