为研究冷诱导转录因子CBF1（C-repeat-binding-factor）基因对我国优良豆科牧草紫花苜蓿的抗寒性改良作用，《紫花苜蓿抗寒转基因研究》介绍了以紫花苜蓿品种“中苜1号”“公农1号”和“猎人河”为受体材料，采用农杆菌介导法将拟南芥冷诱导转录因子CBF1基因转入其中获得了转基因紫花苜蓿植株，PCR和RT-PCR检测结果表明，目的基因CBF1已经整合至紫花苜蓿基因组中并在其转录水平表达，抗寒生理指标测定结果表明转CBF1基因紫花苜蓿的抗寒性得到提高。这为下一步选育紫花苜蓿抗寒新品种奠定了良好的基础。全书共分6部分，主要内容包括：引言，紫花苜蓿高效组培再生体系建立，拟南芥CBF1和CBF4基因克隆及植物表达载体构建，紫花苜蓿农杆菌遗传转化及转化植株的分子生物学检测，转基因紫花苜蓿抗寒性鉴定。结论与今后研究方向。 《紫花苜蓿抗寒转基因研究》具有较强的系统性和创新性，可作为研究苜蓿组织培养和遗传转化等本科生和研究生的参考教材，也可供相关专业科研和教学参考。 |
